Zucchini Pizza

Ingredients

• 3 cups grated zucchini
• 4 eggs
• 1 cup Bisquick
• 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
• 1 cup grated mozzarella cheese
• 1/2 cup chopped green pepper
• 1/2 cup chopped onion
• 1 cup chopped pepperoni
• 1/2 teaspoon parsley
• 1/2 cup vegetable oil
• 1/2 teaspoon oregano (optional)
• 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt

Directions

1. Mix everything together and pour into a greased 9x13 pan.
2. Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.

Notes

• One and one-half times this recipe makes a 17x11 pan.
• Dip each piece in marinara sauce.
