Strawberry Pie

Ingredients

• 5-6 cups frozen strawberries (whole or sliced)
• 12 oz frozen 100% apple juice concentrate
• 6 Tbsp cornstarch
• 1/4 cup water
• Prebaked graham cracker crust (large)

Directions

1. Bring the strawberries and apple juice concentrate slowly to a boil.
2. Meanwhile, dissolve the cornstarch in the water.
3. Once boiling, stir in the dissolved cornstarch, turning down the heat, and stirring constantly until the cloudiness clears.
4. Pour into the crust. Chill until well set. Serve.
