Snack Mix
Ingredients
- 5 cups Cheerios
- 5 cups Corn Chex
- 1 large bag M&M's
- 2 cups salted peanuts
- 10 oz small pretzels
Coating:
- 2 or 3 packages white chocolate
- 3 tablespoons oil
Directions
- Combine the Cheerios, Corn Chex, M&M's, peanuts, and pretzels in a large bowl.
- Melt the white chocolate and oil in the microwave and pour over the snack mix.
- Stir gently to coat.
- Spread on a wax paper covered cookie sheet to dry.
