Peanut Butter Icing
Ingredients
- 1 stick butter
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1 small container Cool Whip
Directions
- Melt the butter on low heat. Add the brown sugar. Stir well. Remove from heat.
- Add the peanut butter and stir. Cool completely.
- Add the Cool Whip, stir until thoroughly mixed.
