Impossible Pumpkin Pie
Ingredients
- 2 cans pumpkin pie mix
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 2 (13 oz) cans Carnation evaporated milk
- 1 cup Bisquick mix
Directions
- Mix all the ingredients and put in a 9x13 cake pan.
- Bake for 15 minutes in a 425°F oven, then reduce the temperature to 350°F and bake 50-60 minutes longer, or until set in the center.
