Chewy S'more Brownies
Serves: 13x9 pan

Ingredients
- 1 21 oz package brownie mix (plus ingredients called for on the box)
- 2 cups miniature marshmallows
- Graham crackers, broken into quarters (about 35 quarters for a 13x9 pan)
- 1 cup milk chocolate or semi-sweet chocolate chips
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease the bottom of a 13x9 pan. Prepare and bake the brownie mix according to the directions on the box.
- Immediately upon removal from the oven, sprinkle the marshmallows and chocolate chips over the warm brownie surface. Return to the oven for 3 or 4 minutes to melt.
- Remove from the oven and arrange the graham crackers on top of the hot marshmallows, pressing down lightly.
- Cool completely and cut into servings around the graham crackers.
