Cheese Roll Supreme
Ingredients
- 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup crumbled bleu cheese
- 1 Tbsp milk
- Chopped nuts
Directions
- Beat the cheeses until smooth. Add the milk.
- Roll into a ball or a log and roll in the nuts.
- Wrap and chill. Serve at room temperature.
