Cake Mix Cookies
Ingredients
- 1 cake mix, any flavor
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Mix all ingredients together until completely blended.
- Scoop the cookie batter and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet, at least 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes depending on desired crispiness.
- Remove from oven and allow to cool 5-7 minutes on the baking sheet before transferring to a wire cooling rack.
