Banana Bread

Ingredients

• 3 ripe bananas, mashed
• 2 eggs
• 1 box yellow cake mix
• Nuts, optional

Directions

1. Add the eggs to the mashed bananas. Add nuts at this time if you choose.
2. Mix in the cake mix.
3. Bake in two small loaf pans for about 40 minutes at 350°F.
